Jac good first issues

This issue aims to refactor the `tiny_jacyac` example project to enforce a closed architecture using `arch.jac`. By defining explicit wiring rules and sealing modules, the goal is to prevent unintended cross-layer imports and ensure that dependencies are managed strictly through the architecture definition. This change will also impact new projects scaffolded from this example.
