Puppet good first issues

This issue proposes to modify the `profile::gpu` class to avoid automatically installing NVIDIA drivers when Incus containers are used. The goal is to allow for pre-installed and functional GPU drivers within these containers, requiring a new detection mechanism beyond simply checking RPM lists.
