DB: `creature_template_addon` and `creature_addon` contain `auras` with limited durations over 1 year ago

AI Summary: The task involves reviewing entries in the `creature_template_addon` and `creature_addon` database tables of an MMORPG server emulator (AzerothCore). These entries contain auras with limited durations, which need to be removed and replaced with scripted events or SmartAI implementations to maintain the intended game functionality. This requires careful analysis to avoid breaking self-cast buffs and handling multiple spells within the same aura entry. CSV files and a Jupyter Notebook are provided to aid in identifying and processing the problematic data.
