AI Summary: The application exhibits inconsistent scrollbar behavior when opening authentication-related modals. For 'List your home' and 'Login', an extra scrollbar briefly appears and disappears, while for 'Register', it remains visible, leading to UI flicker and a poor user experience. The issue requires a consistent solution that prevents any extra scrollbars, eliminates layout shifts, and properly manages the body's overflow state across major browsers.
