Reorganize soundpacks: move out of src/ and include only default in installer 9 months ago

AI Summary: This issue proposes reorganizing the project's soundpack structure by moving the `soundpacks` directory out of `src/` to a root or data directory. The primary goal is to bundle only the default soundpack in both installer and portable builds, making other soundpacks available for download via a manager. This requires updating code references to the new path and modifying PyInstaller build configurations.
