Fix F44 mass rebuild failures (Extras subset), continued 8 months ago

AI Summary: This GitHub issue tracks the ongoing effort to resolve build failures for several ELN Extras packages during the Fedora 44 (F44) mass rebuild. While 7zip, python-twisted, and snapd are marked as addressed, the `perfetto` package still requires investigation and a fix to successfully rebuild against the new F44 environment.

TASK: Cleanup .eln150 mass rebuild over 1 year ago

AI Summary: The Fedora ELN SIG needs to investigate and fix failures from a mass rebuild of Fedora packages using the `.eln150` dist-tag. This rebuild aimed to regenerate Python bytecode and uncover issues before the larger F43 rebuild. Failures are expected due to changes in Python 3.14, systemd sysusers, X11/nested support in mutter, glibc, and residual GCC 15 breakage. The task involves debugging and fixing a significant number of packages listed in the issue description.
