Data Plane Deployment Fails With Long Listener Name 10 months ago

AI Summary: The `kgateway` controller fails to deploy the data plane when a Gateway listener name exceeds 15 characters. This occurs because `kgateway` uses the listener name directly for Kubernetes Pod/Service port names, which have a strict 15-character limit, leading to a validation error. The expected behavior is for long listener names to either work correctly or be rejected by a validation mechanism.

Fix workflow triggers on the action_lint.yaml workflow 12 months ago

AI Summary: The `action_lint.yaml` workflow is currently configured to trigger on any pull request that modifies YAML files within the `.github` directory. This broad trigger is unnecessary and risks silently breaking the action, leading to false positive failures on PRs even when changes are unrelated to linting. The issue aims to refine these triggers to prevent such regressions.
