add a way to edit/delete custom emoji over 1 year ago

AI Summary: Implement functionality to edit and delete custom emojis within the Bonfire platform. Editing should allow modification of existing emojis, while deleting should remove them (with a warning about potential breakage in existing usage). The current system allows replacement, but leaves old files, so a dedicated edit/delete mechanism is needed.
