Resource Owner Fields Return Complete User Records On GET Requests over 1 year ago

AI Summary: Modify the Open Horizon Exchange API to return a more complete JSON representation of the user entity instead of just a string reference in the 'owner' field for all resources. This involves updating the API endpoints to fetch and include additional user details (created_at, email, identity_provider, modified_at, modified_by, organization, user, username) within the 'owner' field of the response.

Complexity: 4/5
